These terms govern your use of the Chat for Kids app and services ("the service"), operated by Stelios Vouzonikos, trading as NXT ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
A family messaging app: end-to-end encrypted text, photo, voice and video communication, simple games, and parental supervision tools. Children can only communicate with contacts a parent has approved. Features may change as the service evolves.
You agree not to:
Your family's messages and media belong to you. They are end-to-end encrypted; we store only ciphertext and cannot read them. You grant us the limited technical licence needed to store and deliver your encrypted content to its intended recipients — nothing more. Details in the Privacy Policy.
The parent can delete the family account at any time from the app (Dashboard → Delete my account) or as described on the account deletion page. Deletion is permanent.
The core service is free. Optional premium features (for example, group video calls) may require a purchase through the app store; store terms and refund rules apply to those purchases.
The service is provided "as is". We work hard on safety and reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and parental supervision tools do not replace parental judgement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If we materially change these terms we will notify parents in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus; EU consumer rights are unaffected. Questions: [email protected].
